Graham and Margaret have been in the cleaning industry for over 25 years. Graham specialises in management, accounting and all aspects of cleaning and hygiene, while Margaret’s skills relate to Human Resources and hygiene.
Tony has been with RKA for over 20 years and has been in the cleaning industry for over 30 years. He plays a major role in the quality of the cleaning standards. Tony specialises in all aspects of cleaning.
Niko has been with RKA for more seven years and has over 20 years’ experience in the cleaning industry. Niko is one of our supervisors and specialises in training the cleaners, carpet cleaning and strip and polishes.
Paulene has been with RKA as a cleaning supervisor for four years. She has recently been promoted to Sales Manager commencing 1st January 2010.
Richard and Alita have been with RKA for more than four years, and have over 12 years’ experience both here and overseas. They always receive very good responses from clients about the standard of their work.
Karryn has been with RKA for over four years and handles all calls, faxes and emails. She allocates work requests to the rest of the team and supports both Graham and Margaret in maintaining the office and ensuring the smooth process for all clients and staff. Karryn is the major role player in setting up tenders, quotes and contracts for each client.
