Robin King & Associates (RKA) has provided cleaning services to the Parliamentary Counsel Office (PCO) since April 2004.
RKA clean 2 1/4 floors of the Reserve Bank building for PCO as well as arranging our document destruction and removal of our recycling. In addition, RKA carries out annual tasks including shampooing the carpets and strip polishing the vinyl floors.
The standard of cleaning has remained a consistently high level throughout the last 3 year as evidenced by three-monthly satisfaction surveys completed by our staff.
RKA are very responsive if issues arise. For example we had an ill staff member and RKA were on-site to clean it up very promptly. We also have regular update meetings with RKA to discuss current issues and where improvements or enhancements to the current level of service can be made.
Overall the PCO is very satisfied with the level of cleaning.
