It is my pleasure to recommend Robin King & Associates as a very suitable all-in-one cleaning contractor.
Before commencing their services we had a company that was just the opposite, as far as results can be measured. Now we have an approachable team who will listen to all our areas of concern and provide special attention to those needs as soon as possible.
The team has always presented a friendly face, from the answering of the telephone or emails down to the people who do the spade work (not forgetting Margaret and Graham). Onsite ‘running repairs’ have been dealt with promptly where practical.
Quality of cleaning is the critical factor in choosing a cleaning company. Although I have been very happy with most of the cleaning from Robin King there have been times when serious issues have arisen and I am pleased to say their response has been acceptable.
Since contracting to Robin King I have had approaches from other companies wishing to submit a quote for the contract and without hesitation have refused them the opportunity.
