Security is of paramount concern to RKA Management. Our procedure is as follows:
In the RKA employment application form all cleaners acknowledge that references will be checked and verified. They are also asked if they have a police record and asked if they have any objection to a security check. Our security company is Morley Securities.
Only staff authorized by RKA management are permitted to enter into any of RKA clients work or building sites. RKA will not allow access to any other persons other than the authorized personnel (this includes no site access for family members).
All RKA personnel are required to wear RKA uniform for clear identification; this is a T Shirt in Jade Green with our RKA emblem on both front and back. Staff are instructed to wear nothing over this shirt or to hide the shirt in any way.
In some sites, as additional security, RKA staff have iris identification or ID Cards with their photos on.
All personnel upon commencement of employment with RKA sign a declaration of secrecy as regards confidentiality.
